Business Model

The ISC Team generates revenue through two primary mechanisms.

ISC Reserve Incentive Structure:

A daily reduction of 0.5%/365 is applied to the ISC Reserve Basket. This reduction leads to a surplus of assets, which can be used to cover operating costs and fees associated with buying and selling assets.

Although the ISC Team will operate the initial ISC Reserve, third-party operators will manage additional ISC Reserves in the future. This decentralizes the ISC reserve-system, resulting in high liquidity, and minimizes the dependency on any one reserve and its service providers.

ISC Issuer Interest Rate:

To secure long-term revenue for the ISC Team's operations beyond IGT sales, the ISC Issuer charges an interest rate of 0.0~1.0% on ISC Loans. Although no interest will initially be charged, this interest rate serves as a method of generating revenue without relying on the creation of additional IGT tokens. By avoiding the need to print more IGT to cover operational costs, the ISC Team can maintain the integrity of the token's limited supply and prevent unnecessary inflation.

The ISC Team has sustainable revenue streams that will not only allow the project to grow, but also ensures the project has no need to print more IGT to cover operating costs.

IGT Tokenomics

1. Please describe the utilities of IGT. What are the major drivers of demand?

   IGT offers several utilities that create demand and contribute to the overall functioning of the ISC reserve-system.

   Voting on Reserve Investments: IGT holders can propose and vote on investment opportunities for the ISC Reserves. This level of control allows the ISC community to make informed decisions about how the reserves are managed, with the potential to improve the stability and performance of the ISC.

   Community Auditor Elections: IGT holders have the right to elect a Community Auditor every quarter. The Community Auditor is responsible for verifying the ISC Reserves' holdings, checking trades and transactions, and ensuring the safety and transparency of the ISC ecosystem. This unique feature enables IGT holders to maintain trust and integrity of ISC.

   Deflationary Supply: IGT has a limited supply, with no additional minting planned. A minimum of 30% of the ISC Issuers’ revenue is committed to burning IGT, reducing the overall supply and pushing IGT’s price up.
